1. Who you are contracting with

TradePilot ("TradePilot", "we", "us") is the operator of the TradePilot trading journal service. By creating an account or using TradePilot, you enter into a binding agreement with TradePilot.

2. Acceptance

By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use TradePilot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if using TradePilot on behalf of an organization, that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. The service

TradePilot is a trading journal and behavioral analytics tool. It helps traders log trades, track performance metrics, and reflect on trading behavior with AI-assisted features. It is not investment advice, brokerage, or a signal service.

4. Account & accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse TradePilot. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
• send spam, malware, or otherwise interfere with security or availability;
• probe, scan, scrape, or reverse engineer the service;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• circumvent plan limits or resell/redistribute the service.

6. Intellectual property

TradePilot, its software, branding, and documentation are and remain the property of TradePilot. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TradePilot within the plan you subscribe to.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of trades, notes, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

8. Payments, subscriptions & taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work hard to keep TradePilot running smoothly but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change as the product evolves.

10. Warranties & liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify TradePilot against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, you may export your data within a reasonable window before it is deleted.

13. AI features

TradePilot includes AI-assisted features (e.g. Mirror Chat, coaching prompts). You are responsible for your prompts, for how you use outputs, for verifying accuracy, and for having rights in any content you input. You must not use AI features to produce illegal content, hate speech, malware, deepfakes, or to attempt to jailbreak safety controls. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for regulated professional advice (financial, legal, tax, medical). We may remove content or restrict accounts for repeated or serious abuse.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of the Slovak Republic have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
